The Battle Behind The Scenes

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: life is 𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙.
The physical realm is simply the 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 of what has already been decided in the spiritual. You don’t lose peace, joy, health, or opportunities randomly. There’s always a battle behind the scenes.

Yet many of us, especially as parents, choose to stay passive when it comes to our children. We say things like:
“𝐿𝑒𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑚 𝑑𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑜𝑤𝑛 𝑝𝑎𝑡ℎ.”
“𝑊ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑔𝑟𝑜𝑤 𝑜𝑙𝑑𝑒𝑟, 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦’𝑙𝑙 𝑐ℎ𝑜𝑜𝑠𝑒 𝐺𝑜𝑑 𝑖𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡.”
“𝐼 𝑑𝑜𝑛’𝑡 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑖𝑚𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑒 𝑚𝑦 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑓𝑠 𝑜𝑛 𝑚𝑦 𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑑.”

But while you're 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, the enemy is 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠. While you're trying not to "impose," witches are casting spells. Enchanters are cursing destinies. Satanists are fasting and declaring things over your child. And here you are, praying passively—or not at all—because well, "If God is willing, He will do it." you say!!!

Let me remind you 𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛: God already gave 𝐲𝐨𝐮 the authority!!!.

Genesis 1:26 – “𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀; 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻…”

God is faithful, yes, but He is also faithful to His Word. He does not override the authority He gave you. He won’t do your job for you.

Proverbs 22:6 – “𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝗽 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗼, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝘁.”

It does 𝐧𝐨𝐭 say, “Let the child figure it out.” It says 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧. TRAINING is more than just TEACHING. Yet most of us do not even teach our children the way of God. The Hebrew word used there implies 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞.
This is a COMMAND, not a request!!

Isaiah 54:17 says “𝗡𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗡.”

We love to quote the first part — “no weapon formed shall prosper…” but on its own, it's incomplete. The second part is where 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 comes in. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞. If you don’t condemn the enchantments, the words, the curses, the demonic declarations, who will? God told 𝐲𝐨𝐮 to do it.
