When you strip away all the labelsโreligions, denominations, cultures, philosophiesโJesus made it very clear: there are only ๐๐๐ผ ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ฑ๐ผ๐บ๐ in this world. The kingdom of light, and the kingdom of darkness. There is no middle ground.
That means neutrality doesnโt exist. Every soul is aligned to one kingdom or the other.
Paul echoed this truth: (Colossians 1:13 NKJV). It is Christ who transfers us from one kingdom to anotherโnot our good deeds, not our intentions, not even our religious practices.
Because hereโs the truthโ๐ด๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ outside of Christ does not count as righteousness. Isaiah 64:6 reminds us that all our own righteousness is like filthy rags. The only works that matter are the fruits that flow from being connected to the true Vine, Jesus Christ (John 15:5). A branch cannot bear fruit on its own; it must remain in Him.
That is why Jesus boldly declared: โI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Meโ (John 14:6 NKJV). He is the dividing line between the two kingdoms.
So the ultimate question is not: โ The real question is: ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐? If not, no matter how much good you do, it does not move you from darkness into light.
My friend, today the invitation stands: Step into the Kingdom of Light. Surrender to Christ. Receive Himโnot religion, not rules, but the Person of Jesus. For when you receive Him, you are no longer under darkness, but you become a child of light (John 1:12, Ephesians 5:8). And the good works you will do will emanate from Christ Himself.
